Mr. Issa founded Global Efficient Energy with only $1,000 in capital, today GEE is one of the leading Green Energy Solutions providers in the United States and is America’s fastest growing privately heldresidential providers. Thanks to Mr. Issa’s visionary leadership, Global Efficient Energy made Inc. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest growing companies in 2014. Mr. Issa was named one of “40 Under 40 Real Difference Makers” in Tech and Business, was one of Inc.’s “35 Under 35 Coolest Entrepreneurs of 2014,” and won the 2014 CEO World Award for Environmental Sustainability. He actively supports St. Jude’s Research Hospital, Kick Start Kid’s Organization and Habitat for Humanity, among several other charitable organizations. Mr. Issa is an active Texas Christian University alumnus and regularly speaks at the Neely School of Business. TCU’s new Sales and Consumer Insights Center will break ground on the Abe Issa Learning Laboratory in honor of Mr. Issa’s many contributions to the institution.
David P. Noyes
David P. NoyesCFO
Mr. Noyes is a senior management executive with 25 years in the energy sector; he joined Global Efficient Energy in February of 2014. Mr. Noyes also serves as Managing Director of the business consulting firm Monarch Capital Resources, Inc. (1993). Between 1998 and 2007 Mr. Noyes has been the CFO to five publically traded companies and has taken three companies public. He has extensive SEC and M&A experience and has served on the Boards of Directors for many influential companies. He was a senior Manager with Ernst and Young, CFO of General Power Systems, Power Paragon, and Scientific Drilling International; he has also been the CEO of Ortho Mattress and Tech Energy Services, Inc. Over the span of his career Mr. Noyes has worked in 20 different countries, which has given him a diverse skill set in the area of electronics manufacturing, energy, and service industries. Mr. Noyes received his BS and MBA Degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Keri D. AndersonVP Operations
Ms. Anderson is a banking expert with 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector; she joined Global Efficient Energy in 2013. She specializes in compliance, ethics, lending law/regulation, policy and procedures. She served as a Mortgage Loan Originator for companies like Security National Mortgage and Weststar Mortgage, which provide residential home purchases loans, new construction loans, home equity and refinance programs. Ms. Anderson has broad experience in the area of developing and implementing management/staff leadership teams that apply CRM technology and software integration to their customer contracts. Her extensive skillset also includes: Project Management, Human Resources, Recruiting, Financial Operations, Consumer Finance, Customer Service, Credit Analysis, Lending, IT Infrastructure, and Regional Operations.
Pam DailyVP Marketing
Pamela A. Daily is currently serving as Vice President of Marketing for Global Efficient Energy (GEE). Pam is a nationally recognized Marketing expert with documented successes in producing systems that provide rapid financial growth. She began her career in Sales and Marketing with AT&T, Gannett and NBC. Pam also served five years as Executive Vice President for National Media Corporation, one of the leaders of the Direct Response Infomercial industry. During her tenure, National Media increased its annual revenues from $10m to over $150m. A key factor in the annual sales increase was due to the success of one of Pam’s creation’s, Amazing Discoveries™, one of the nation’s most successful, longest running infomercial series. For the past twenty five years, Pam has continued to consult to corporations with goals of solid, fast growth. Some of these hugely successful entities were founded in the direct response industry: Reliant Interactive founded by Kevin Harrington, most recently of the Shark Tank TV series, Achievement Dynamics, creator of Verbal Advantage, the longest running Adult Vocabulary program, Aftermarket Company, Vision Direct Marketing, and many others.
Gary DeMelVP Business Development
Mr. DeMel has 29 years of experience in semiconductor and high-tech industries. He has held senior sales management positions within Intel Corp., ATI Inc., and Level One Communications, Inc. Between 1998 and 2001 he helped develop the alliance between Intel and Level One Communications, which eventually led to their partnerships with companies like Cisco, Apple, IBM, Dell, HP, Lucent, Samsung, LG, and D-Link. Mr. DeMel served as Senior Vice President of the intelligent integrated tech company, ATI Technologies from 2001-2005. He is also responsible for building company strategies for prestigious corporations like Qualcomm, Motorola, Apple, Nintendo and strategies for products such as Sony X-Box, Wii, PS2, and iPhone.
