Not only was Global’s commitment to solar energy prominently featured, but the company’s growth and commitment to customer service were also highlighted. We are passionate about building lifetime relationships with our customers, showing them ways to increase their energy efficiency while substantially lowering their monthly bills.

Two specific examples of our customer service were cited. The first occurred when a customer did not receive the tax credit for his solar power system he had expected. The man purchased a system with the understanding that he would receive a $4,000 tax credit. However, he and his wife are retired and don’t receive income, they were unable to apply for the credit. We wrote a check for the amount equivalent to the credit and he said he would be a customer for life.
In the second example, a man had not seen the reduction in his electricity bill that he had expected after having a solar power system installed. Global Efficient Energy installed seven additional solar panels on his roof to improve the performance of the system. Again, the customer was extremely impressed that we had gone beyond his expectations.
