Any necessary adjustments will then be made to ensure that your system works properly, whether it be replacing equipment or doing additional labor.

No. Only systems that are tied to a battery pack will continue to work when the power goes out. Almost all of GEE’s systems are tied to the electrical grid – not a battery pack. Therefore, if the power goes out, your system will also be effected.
No, there is no need for homeowners to provide maintenance or upkeep to their solar systems. Each system comes with a 25 year warranty. If you feel there is an issue with your solar system, please contact GEE immediately.
You should be able to track your panel’s production via your solar meter. Some energy companies may also provide a production reading on your bill. If you have questions regarding your solar system’s productivity, please contact GEE.
Any excess energy produced by your solar system will be sent back into the electric grid. Your utility provider is then required to compensate you for that energy. This typically occurs by your energy provider crediting your account with the monetary value of your excess energy.

Houses with South or West-facing roofs and minimal tree coverage are the best homes for solar. It will take 30-45 days after the assessment for your solar installation to take place. During that time, GEE pulls the proper permits and with works your HOA (if applicable) to ensure all requirements for the installation are met.

Solar panels installed by GEE come with a 25- year production and a 12-year product warranty. If you have additional questions regarding your warranty, contact GEE.
Please contact GEE before making repairs to your roof. A GEE crew will remove the panels for the repairs, if necessary, and reinstall the system after the repairs are complete. Depending on the situation, you may be charged a fee for the removal and reinstallation of your system. Please contact GEE with any questions pertaining to roof repairs.

An project quote is a comprehensive energy evaluation where our energy consultants identify efficiencies and inefficiencies in a home and are able to make green energy saving recommendations to the homeowner.

The energy consultant will check light bulb temperature, air leaks, hot and cold spots in the house, ventilation, AC vent temperatures and the efficiency of the AC system. The energy consultant will also check the attic temperature, insulation levels and check to see how much overall power is being used.
